2 seniors play their final games for Lady Cougars

Senior guard Melanie Lombardi averaged 4.2 points per game and helped the Lady Cougars with ball handling this year.

Lombardi, who is from San Diego, Calif., is studying business administration and is still deciding what her next steps will be.

Lombardi says her family and friends are her biggest inspiration.

Forward Stephanie Imes from Zanesville, Ohio, came off the bench for the Lady Cougars and averaged 1.7 points per game this year.

Imes plans to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Imes credits her parents for her success: “When I felt like giving up, they pushed me, and for that I am grateful,” she said.
