Men's Soccer falls on penalty kick

The MVNU men’s soccer team fell 1-0 to Marian University on Saturday in the first Crossroads League game of the season.

The Knights beat the Cougars after Marian’s Sterling Steadham drew a penalty in the 33rd minute and buried the penalty kick.

The loss was the men’s second of the season. The Cougars will look to bounce back as they host Taylor University on Wednesday at 4 p.m. Watch the game live at wnzr.tv.
